Beginner/Intermediate Class
Wednesday 7:30-8:45pm
A unique and invigorating class incorporating various streams of yoga practice and philosophy. Class includes asana and flowing sequences (vinyasa flow). This unique class focuses on the helaing potential of yoga through an emphasis on pranayama (breathing) practice, relaxation and meditation. .
To gain maximum benefit from your yoga practice please:
- wear loose comfortable clothing
- do not eat a heavy meal for at least 2 hours before class
- turn off your mobile phone
- try to arrive 10 minutes before class starts
